1. Foot Health & Pedicure Consultation
We’ll start with a consultation discussing your feet health and wellness goals. We’ll also determine the proper pressure points to focus on during your session.
2. Pedicure Aromatherapy Soak
Dip your feet in a warm soak of water infused with essential oils. This will not only relax you and your muscles, but help soften your cuticles. We’ll push it back with a nail tool and trim any excess cuticles for a neat look. This will also help removing any dirt under the nails and flakes.
3. Foot Scrub and Heel Smoothening
Our technicians will take some exfoliating scrub and massage your feet and lower legs with a scent of soothing herbs. They then will scrub the heels of your feet to remove any callouses and soften the heels. This ensures no dead skin left, softening rough areas, and leaves the feet silky and refreshed.
4. Reflexology Massage
A structured foot massage is then done focusing on pressure points that are connected to different parts of the body. Thumb walking, targeted pressure, and other circular motions are done to relax, relieve pressure, and promote balance.
5. Relaxing Foot and Leg Massage (Post-Reflexology)
Massaging oil/cream is applied and your technician will slowly and gently release muscle tension in the legs and feet. This helps boost blood flow whilst reducing tension.
6. Nail Polish Application (Optional)
A base coat is first applied to protect the nails. Then, two coats of your desired nail color is applied to create a vibrant nail application. If more polish coats are needed, we’ll go ahead and apply more. Finally, a top coat is lastly applied to achieve long-lasting results and prevents chipping of your nails.
7. Pedicure Curing and Drying
After application, we’ll use a UV or LED lamp depending on type of polish to dry/cure the toenails. This helps fasten the drying process and ensures the nails are fully set/smudge-free.
8. Spa Pedicure Final Touches
