1. Waxing Consultation & Skin Analysis
We’ll start with a consultation discussing your desired goal, skin type, sensitivities, and waxing history. We’ll tailor the service and ensure a safe, effective waxing experience.
2. Gentle Skin Cleansing
A gentle, alcohol-free toner is used to remove any excess oil, makeup, and impurities from your fingers to your forearms. This allows our wax to adhere to the skin and reduce irritation.
3. Pre-Wax Prep and Protection
We’ll check the hairs on your forearms and fingers to make sure the wax is effective. From there, we’ll either warm the wax if requested or use hard wax.
4. Half Arm Waxing Process
Using either a warm wax or hard wax, we’ll apply with a stick in even strokes following the direction of hair growth. Swiftly to minimize pain, we’ll pull the wax strip and check to see if all hairs are removed. We’ll do this until all the hair is gone from your forearms and fingers, and sometimes will go over areas if the hair hasn’t fully been removed.
5. Soothing Gel or Lotion Application
A lightweight soothing gel or lotion is used on the arms to reduce redness and calm the skin down. Your arms and fingers are then examined and tweezers are used to remove any missed hair and strays.
