Our Wig Blowout Includes
You’ll be delighted visiting us for an excellent wig blowout and styling! We strive to exceed your expectations in every detail of your style refreshment. Discover what’s included in the Wig Blowout service at Larisa’s Salon.
1. Shampoo and Scalp Cleansing (Optional)
To make sure your wig is a clean canvas ready for a haircut, we recommend shampooing and cleansing it to remove any oils or dirt.
2. Hair Consultation & Wig Assessment
We’ll start with a consultation discussing your desired color, preferences in hair length, volume, and other elements. After a careful analysis of your current hair, our hair stylists will give recommendations, and assist you in the most suitable wig for you and your look.
3. Wig Hair Sectioning
To avoid unnaturalness, we’ll section out the wig for even cut around the part lines, and make sure there is a sense of realism in the wig! We’ll also add a layer of heat protectant to ensure the wig is not damaged during the process.
4. Wig Blowout
A professional round brush or paddle brush will be used with a blow dryer to create natural volume whilst preventing frizz. We’ll slowly brush through each strand downward to lift the roots and create smooth, silky hair all the way down to the ends. For synthetic wigs, we’ll keep the heat low and consistent so as not to damage the wig.
5. Wig Finishing Touches
If requested, we’ll also curl your hair or flatten it to achieve your desired look (only on heat-safe wigs)! Finally, we’ll add shine drops to create natural luminosity.
6. Wig Blowout Reveal
A final examination is done on your hair to check the placement and adjust accordingly to look as natural as possible. Enjoy your new ‘do!
